Notice: Mid-Delta will be doing all sport physicals on Friday. May 18^th on campus.  Forms have been given to all athletes to bring home.  They must be filled out to get your physical.  All the physicals are free of cost.  If you didn’t receive a form you may pick up one in the High School office.
