Re: Income Verification Form
To obtain more funds for our students and teachers in the Brinkley School District, we have been approved by the ADE to recalculate our poverty status, which was last done in 2009. The Income verification form that your child will bring home today will need to be completed and returned to the school by Friday, January 11, 2019. If you need assistance completing the form, please do not hesitate to call the district office at 870-734-5105. This form will only be used to re-establish our status and eligibility for additional funds. Every student in our district currently receives free lunch, and by completing this form, your child’s free lunch status will NOT be affected.
